RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY


Orders can be cancelled only before the goods are dispatched. Once an order is shipped no cancellation request will be accepted.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or you receive a product different from the one you ordered you are eligible for an exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the size of the garment you have purchased we will exchange it for a new size. This can be done only once for a purchase. Please refer to our size guide carefully if you wish to exchange for a different size.

In case the garment is damaged or it is a wrongly shipped item please share a photo of the defect to customer@beantown.in within 24 hours of delivery. Once the exchange is approved we will arrange for a pickup of the garment by our courier partner.

Any goods that are returned should be in their original packaging and should be in original condition for them to be eligible for exchange. The garment should be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. If these conditions are not satisfied the product will not be eligible for exchange.

The new item will be shipped within 48 hours of our receiving your returned item. If the required item is not available in stock we will issue a coupon code valid for 90 days. The coupon can be used for purchase from our online store.

Only domestic orders can be exchanged.
